Accessing Analytics
FrontFundr offers three main analytical dashboards available: Investor Analytics, Campaign Analytics, and Investor List. The dashboards will be available the moment your campaign has launched, allowing you to track and analyze investor activity in real time.All of these reports can be accessed by:
- Login to your FrontFundr account
- Click “Dashboard” to access investor analytics
- Click “Campaign Analytics” to access data on how your page is performing.
- Click “Investor List” to view the status of each investor.
Investor Analytics Dashboard
Your investment data dashboard will be available the moment your campaign has launched, allowing you to track and analyze investor activity in real time.
Campaign Health
- Total Investments: The combined contributions from all investors participating in the crowdfunding campaign.
- Available to Close: This is an estimated total based on a blended trade fee and closing services calculation. The true total of available funds for closing and closing fee costs will be provided at the time of closing.
- Funding Goal: The amount of capital that a company aims to raise from investors as discussed between you and your campaign manager.
- Funding Progress: Funding progress is calculated as Total Investment ÷ Funding Goal and displayed as a percentage.
- Total Investments: Number of completed investments. Unique investors means that each investor is counted only once, regardless of the number of investments they have made.

Campaign Analytics Dashboard
Our campaign analytics provide you with standard website engagement analytics related to traffic on your raise URL. All of the data in the page analytics section are sourced using a GA4 or Google Analytics
Summary Statistics
- Page Views (7 days): This is how many times people look at your campaign page over a week. Monitoring page views over a week helps you understand the trend in viewer engagement and can indicate whether your marketing efforts are effective in driving traffic to your page.
- Conversion Rate (7 days): Is calculated as: Total Completed Investments / Total Page Views. You can assess how successful your campaign is at persuading potential investors to take action.
- Bounce Rate (7): The percentage of visitors who leave your campaign page without performing an action. A high bounce rate may indicate that visitors are not finding what they expected or that your page content is not engaging enough.
- Avg. Session Duration(7): The average time people spend on your campaign page. It provides insight into the level of interest and engagement with your content. A longer average session duration suggests that visitors are more engaged and finding value in your campaign, while a shorter duration may indicate that visitors are quickly leaving the page.

Investor List Dashboard
The Investor List Dashboard provides comprehensive insights into the status of your investors.
Investment Statuses
- Onboarding: The investor is filling out our KYC (Know Your Customer) forms.
- Payment: The investor has entered the payment stage and has not yet submitted their payment.
- Document: The investment payment has been processed and documents have been sent for the investor to sign.
- Complete: Investment documents have been signed and full payment has been received for the investment.
- Reserved: An investment reservation is an indication of an investor's interest to invest a certain amount in the event that the company subsequently launches an offering of securities. If and when that happens, their reservation will grant a non-binding allocation for the first 7 days that the offering is live. During this time, they must confirm their investment or, after the 7 days pass, all unconfirmed reservations will be canceled and their allocations freed up.
- Canceled: The investor has opted to cancel their investment.
You can filter your investors by their investor status by simply selecting the dropdown button.

Accredited Investor [Investment Maximum → Unlimited]
An individual whose annual income before taxes exceeded $200,000 in each of the 2 most recent calendar years and is expected to exceed that amount in the current year,
Targeting Approach:
- Provide personalized investment opportunities tailored to their financial capacity and risk tolerance.
- Offer exclusive access to premium deals and opportunities not available to retail investors.
- Host private webinars or events showcasing high-potential investment opportunities.
Retail Investor [Investment Maximum: $10K in crowdfunding deals]
Is someone who does not meet the criteria for Eligible or Accredited Investors.
Targeting Approach:
- Emphasize the accessibility and low barrier to entry of crowdfunding deals within their investment limit.
- Provide educational resources to help them understand the basics of crowdfunding investing.
- Utilize social media and email marketing campaigns to reach a wider audience and generate interest in crowdfunding opportunities.

To learn more about a specific investor you can click on their name and a popup will appear providing more detailed information.
Notable items include:
- Email & Phone Number: You can view the contact information (email and phone) to follow up with these investors in the process to get them to complete.
- Prior FrontFundr Investor: These are investors who have previously invested on FrontFundr. For example, if they invest a large amount and you want to check if their investment is legitimate, you can confirm whether they have made prior investments with us.
- Following: Indicates whether they hit the ‘follow’ button on your campaign page to receive updates.
