(1) Social media advertising requires a minimum ad spend of $1,500 per month. The setup cost will be due upon order and the monthly management cost will be payable at the beginning of each month.

(2) Dianomi advertising requires a minimum ad spend of $1,000 per month up to a maximum spend of $5,000 per month. The setup cost will be due upon order and the monthly management cost will be payable at the beginning of each month.

(3) Social media setup costs will include $1,000 per platform. Monthly management fee will be $1,000 which include 12 posts per month across a maximum of 3 platforms.

(1) Case-by-case basis for Limited Partnership of Trust Unit Certificates. Not required for notes or SAFEs.

(2) FrontFundr will incur certain costs on behalf of the Company in association with the filing, which will be added to the fee amount. Expected fees include a filing agent fee of $40 and filing fees (as described below) in the Company’s jurisdiction and purchaser’s jurisdiction(s).

(3) Note that the Form 45-106F1 filing is required by regulators for all campaigns using the Start-Up Crowdfunding Registration exemption (NI 45-110), the Accredited Investor exemption (N 45-106 2.3) and Family, Friends, and Business Associates (2.5) exemption.
